The Editor Interface
When you open a document in Cicero, you'll see three main areas:
- The Fixed Toolbar - Located at the top of your screen, containing all formatting controls and document management features
- The Document Canvas - Your main writing area where you create and edit content
- The AI Assistant Orb - A floating button in the bottom-right corner that gives you instant access to Cicero Intern
Your First Document
Creating your first document is simple:
- Click on "New Document" from your dashboard
- Start typing in the document canvas
- Use the toolbar to format your text
- Click the AI orb when you need assistance
Understanding the Toolbar Rows
The toolbar is organized into two rows for easy access:
Row 1 contains document management features:
- Save and version history
- Export and import options
- Font controls (size and family)
- Lists and alignment
- Media insertion
Row 2 focuses on AI and text formatting:
- AI assistant button
- Undo/Redo
- Text styling (bold, italic, colors)
